Fatal error after shifting

    I had wordpress installation on one server I have its backup. Unfortutnately, the server had deleted my account due to low visitors because that was free server. Now I have shifted to the new server and I uploaded my wordpress site (from backup using ftp) and updated wp-config file but now it is opening the first home page only. When I try to log in, it gives me the following error. Please help me.

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/u582997780/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-theme.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/u582997780/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 115

    Also no other page is getting opened. only home page open.
