Fatal error after update

I’m facing a problem when activating the plugin (using an old 4.5.9 WordPress).
The problem I’m facing seems to be related to the boostrap of WordPress
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /var/www/infobenissa.cat/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php:1648
