Fatal Error after update to 1.2.21

  • Hi, after update from 1.2.20.to 1.2.21 our site is broken ( WSOD) with an Fatal Error

    PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/path/to/site/wp-content/plugins/question-answer/includes/functions-counter.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/php’) in /path/to/site/wp-content/plugins/question-answer/question-answer.php on line 128\

    i rollback the plugin to 1.2.20 and all is fine.
