fatal error failed to open stream: No such file or directory

Hi everyone,

I had upgraded my theme and was in the middle of updating the .php fines manually when everything seized up and I got this message:

Now I can’t log in whatsoever or do anything. This is my first time having this kind of experience with WordPress, and I’m not fluent in the computer lingo. Have no idea what to do. I have no way of accessing the site I’m building and don’t know how to fix it.

Please help!!
