Fatal Error: Allowed Memory Size Issue

I have been recieving this message for the last week:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7800524 bytes) in wp-includes/functions.php on line 377
When I attempt to upload themes or post content instead of taking me back to the post it gives me the message. Thanks in advance!
