    Hi,

I am getting a fatal error in the frontend or when I try to create the PDF in the backend, but only with very long (wholesale) orders.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /…/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/dompdf/include/style.cls.php on line 733

I tried another PDF Woocommerce Plugin, that worked well, but I’d really prefer to stick to yours and go for the premium version. Is there something I could do to prevent that error?

    Regards,

    Chris

    Hi Chris,
Can you turn on output to HTML, save the output and send it to me at [email protected] so I can check why it’s not working? Normally 256M should be more than enough so I suspect that something else is at play here…

    Thanks!

For anyone else having similar ‘unlikely’ memory issues: this was fixed by switching to a newer version of PHP (from 5.3 to 5.4 or 5.6), which reduced the memory load by a whopping 50%.

    Kind regards,
    Ewout
