Fatal Error at activation

    Hello,

    I’m very interested in your plugin but can’t activate it though…

    Here’s my situation.
    I’ve got two websites :
    test-recrut.fr
    test-recrut.net

    I first wanted to activate it on the .net one but a fatal error showed up at activation.
    Here’s my debug log:

    And so on…
    Same thing on the second site.
    Php 5.4
    Wordpress 4.0.1
    Mysql 5.0.10

    same on the second one…
    I’ve tried a few of the plugins versions…>>flawlessly useless.
    Do you have any idea what this is?

    Are you sure, that yuo post to right forum?

    Error is about some “IPT_FSQM_Form_Elements_Front” — this plugin doesn’t have such classes inside.

    If you are activating this plugin and receive error, then the problem could be in some plugin incompatibilities. Which plugin has IPT_FSQM_Form_Elements_Front?

    Thsi plugin is not wp-fsqm-pro plugin.
