  • Hi @sri87,

Are you registering in the Users section of /wp-admin? Can you paste your diagnostics log please? Are you running any Post SMTP extensions, such as Office 365 API, Amazon SES API, and/or Better Email Logger.

    Thanks.

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    Hi @sri87,

So to confirm, the error only shows when a user registers through WooCommerce on the front end?

If you do not have debugging enabled, what happens?

    Kind Regards,
    Tim

    (@sri87)

    Hi,

Yes, when register on the frontend. Blank white page if debugging is not enabled.

I’m marking this as resolved as I have moved to another plugin.

    Thank you.

Thank you for the update and sorry for the trouble.
