• After updating to RSVPMaker 4.9.2 today, my RSVP single events do not display properly – the source code is truncated after the last form field. PHP error message is:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function rsvpmaker_recaptcha_output() in /home/coastcho/public_html/members/blog/wp-content/plugins/rsvpmaker/rsvpmaker-plugabble.php on line 2233

Strangely, I have Captcha turned off. I tried turning it on. Then the Captcha code and input box show up, but the same fatal error follows.

I tried reverting back to an older version of the plugin but nothing changed. Before updating to 4.9.2, I had just submitted an RSVP successfully so I know it was working properly then.

Hope there’s an easy fix! Thanks in advance.

Update – for some reason, PAST events are fine! Only future ones have this error. They are using the identical form and all other settings are the same.

Sorry I didn’t respond sooner. Please update to the latest release. The issue here is that the library to support Google ReCaptcha isn’t loaded for older versions of PHP. I neglected to add a check for a couple of references to that library. That’s fixed now. Also consider asking your host to update to PHP 7

Thanks – I did get the host to upgrade to PHP5.6 and that fixed things.
