Fatal error: Call to a member function get_id() on null

  • Hello,

    I am having an issue on the page that I show the lessons of my course.

    `Fatal error: Call to a member function get_id() on null in C:\wamp64\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\smartowl\learnpress-v1\single-course\content-item.php on line 20

    I would like to know how can i fix this, and if it’s a problem on my theme or in the learpress plugin

    All of them, plug and theme are updated

    Hi marcelozz,

    The theme overrides the LearnPress templates and seems they are outdated (“learnpress-v1”) cause the current LearnPress is in version 3.x.

    In this case, can you contact the theme author and ask them for the template update?

    Hello Ken and Gabriel,

    I was able to solve this problem for now, until I find a definitive solution, what a did was to return the Learnpress plugins to the version 2.2.1, and I could solve the problem, but still having some bugs, but nothing that disrupts the user.
