Fatal error: Call to a member function get_page_permastruct()

DITTO!! Rolling back to previous version

I had to roll all the way back to 2.6.3 for it to work again.

I don’t call get_permalink or get_page_permastruct and I don’t see this on my installs. Which tells me that something is different about your sites unrelated to my code. Does anyone care to elaborate on the error? Does it appear once or every time you load a page? Does it appear on the front end or the backend? What other plugins are you running? What version of wordpress? Are you running multisite or a single site? Has anyone tried the suggestion made by others to totally disable and delete plugin organizer including the MU class before upgrading? Mine is multisite, with this enabled on only one of the sites. Once activated with the 3.0 and above the site shows a 500 error with that issue in the logs. I have not seen the other post with the full removal and MU class until now.

I am also running WP 3.5.2 as of this weekend.

After the 500 error I selectively disabled all plugins and this was the only one generating the 500 error. I do have a lot of other plugins but this was the culprit for sure, and the last 2.6.x version works fine.

Sooooooooo…. did you delete the plugin and download a fresh copy from wordpress?

The best I can come up with is that your activation has failed and it is randomly trying to activate. There is a call to get_permalink in that function. I removed that call in version 3.0.7. See if it gives you the same error.

I have not had a chance yet. The site needs to be up for updates and I don’t have a good test site running that is up to date. Maybe someone else has checked? I see a 3.0.8 already as well.

3.0.8 removes a call to wp_post_count in the activate function which may also be causing some people problems.

Sorry I made a typo. Was working on too many things today. It was looking for the wrong version number and trying to reactivate. Install version 3.0.9. Hopefully its straightened out this time.
