Fatal error: Call to a member function get_template_part

The issue has been reported by 3 other users already. On one of the sites the issue was caused by another plugin installed that was doing weird things with shortcodes. The other 2 users that reported the same issue did not answer back when I requested admin access to their site to understand what was going on.

If you could send an email to support[at]wpusermanager.com with a temp admin/ftp account I’ll be able to debug the issue directly on your website since I’m not able to replicate the issue on my end.

I got the same issues, i tried using the old version of the plugin but doesn’t fix it.

I was able to make it work by uninstalling the Yoast plugin then installed the WPUM then reactivate yoast.

I think it has a conflict with Yoast SEO Plugin. So far, everything is working.

That’s the exact same issue we’ve encountered with another user of the plugin, he was using the premium version of Yoast, which received an update shortly after we had found the issue. I’m not sure if the issue persists within the free version of Yoast. I’ll try get in touch with them to see what’s happening.

Are you using the free or premium version of Yoast?

on a completely new install of WP with no other plugins running.

WP version 4.9.7 running HitMag Pro theme.

The issue has been fixed in v2.0.4.

Im still getting an error.

Ive cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled.
