Hi. When i want to download the PDF, i get this message: Fatal error: Call to a member function get_type() on null

    The PDF can’t be downloaded.

Strange thing is that is only with a few orders. From most orders it works without problems.

    Hello Alfred,
Is that with the default Invoice PDF, or are you using any extensions that also create other PDF documents (including our own paid extensions)? Could you post the full error including the line of code it refers to?

Hi Ewout. Thank you for your fast reply!

We are using this plugin (WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips). I’m not sure if i paid for it.
You can see the error here – https://veningawebdesign.nl/foutje.png

This error appears to be coming from the WooCommerce Extra Product Options plugin. This doesn’t mean that there’s something wrong in that particular plugin, because the error is referring to a specific filter woocommerce_order_item_display_meta_key, which appears to have an empty $item argument. This could be either caused when you’re using a WooCommerce version 3.0 or older (this argument was introduced in 3.1) or when there’s another plugin that fires this filter. It appears you are using the latest WC 3.5.3 so that only leaves the plugin option… The easiest solution is to deactivate WooCommerce plugins on the site one by one to see if that resolves the issue.

Thank you very much. I will try that.
