fatal error -call to member function

  • When in the admin screen and clicking on presentation I am getting the following:-
    Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /files/home3/andre02/wordpress/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1491

    Everything else inthe blog seems to work. (https://cgi.andre02.plus.com/wordpress/)

    I have deleted and reloaded every file in wp-include with no sucess. There are no zero length files either. The rest of the admin pages work fine. I just cannot change themes.

  • What are the permissions on the /wp-content/themes/ directory?

    Are you sure you uploaded all the files in ASCII mode, if you’re using FTP?

    permisisons have all been set to 777 in a desperate effort to get this to work.

    All uploaded in asci according to FileZilla
