• Hello,

Today I’ve accessed my website, and on every tab on the menu, dashboard, users, settings etc I have this error line
Fatal error: Call to undefined function date_diff() in /home/customsy/public_html/schokobaroque.ro/wp-content/plugins/smart-manager-for-wp-e-commerce/smart-manager.php on line 294
so all the functions in my website are stuck. Dose anyone have any idea on how to proceed?

  • date_diff() is a standard php function that came in with php version 5.3. What version of php do you have?

Everything was up to date. I’ve put up a back-up that has previously worked, now I wonder what update screwed it over? Or should I make any updates? ??

I wouldn’t worry about updates just yet. What version of PHP are you using? PHP is the programming language which runs WordPress scripts. PHP is not provided by WordPress. PHP is provided by your host. You can find your version of PHP at Admin page > WooCommerce > System Status > Server Environment section > PHP Version.

We are looking for version 5.3 or newer to be able to run php’s date_diff() function.
