    I Can’t login to admin panel.
    I got this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function plugins_url() in /home/edevlet/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 729

    I see that this was a couple of days ago. If you haven’t gotten it solved, here are some steps to try:

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). I recommend the FTP (or your hosting account file manager) if you are not familiar with command line. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
