Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in …

    Hello all,

    I deactived a plugin (ithemes security) and now both back and front end give the same error

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in…public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

    Anyone knows how to fix this, since both back and frontend give this error i cannot login to fix it.
