    Hello,

    I try to activate Yoast SEO plugin in my site but during the activation time, it triggered a fatal error. Please look error here -> https://nimb.ws/VSsOI0

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_installing() in D:\Hosting\11351967\html\aquaexcel\wp-content\plugins\wordpress-seo\wp-seo-main.php on line 452

    My site WordPress version is 3.9.3

    So please help me. How can I fix this issues?
