Fatal Error – Cannot Create New Sermons

When previewing, posting, or updating sermons, I get a blank page. With Debug mode on, I get three warnings and one fatal error. I’m using the latest version of both the plugin and WP (5.0.1). Any thoughts on what’s happening?
