  • Hello,

    Do you have the standalone WooCommerce Admin plugin installed/activated? If so, please make sure to deactivated via FTP.

    You’ll also want to switch your theme to a default theme like Storefront to make sure the issue is not caused by a theme conflict.

    Hello @maykato , thanks for response.
    I will definitely gonna try that just want to ask some question before i try do that.
    I started to manage this website recently. This company has two websites – the main one and second one for events (thats the one i have fatal error there).
    And when i asked the previous designer for FTP login details for this ,,Event website,, he gave me some login. But I see now that in FTP i can manage the main website from there and directory of mini website is also there. Is it possible both websites can be managed from one FTP login?
    Im beginner at FTP managing.
    So is it possible this Event website can be managed in directory like: /public_html/name of the event website/wp-content/plugins

    And other thing is there is also public_html2 directory where is basically same things like in public_html .

    Thanks for making this clear for me before i try do something.
    I really appreciate that.

    @mateo21530

    It’s possible you have a multisite setup.

    Before making any changes, we recommend backing up the site(s) with the help of your hosting support or this guide.

    Hi @mateo21530,

    I have seen that you opened multiple threads for the same issue and that doesn’t help much. Let’s keep following your issue on this thread so that we can gather all the information in one place.

    Are you currently able to log in to your WordPress dashboard? If not, I recommend that you take some time and follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article:

    how to find out if i have standalone plugin of woo commerce admin activated and if yes how to deactivate it there in FTP

    Go to /wp-content/plugins/ directory and if you see a woocommerce-admin folder that’s the WooCommerce Admin plugin. To disable the plugin you can simply rename the folder to something like woocommerce-admin-x. This can be done also with all other plugins.

    @mateo21530

    Can you try renaming /wp-content/plugins/ to /wp-content/plugi/ for any changes?

    @oaoyadeyi
    Hello, thankfully i was able to do it, i had unfortunately bad credentials, now they gave me the right ones, so woocommerce admin is disabled and i was finally able to go to dashboard.
    What do u advice now? How to find out what caused the problem and enable woocommerce admin back without causing the same problem.
    Btw the woocommerce admin is at version 0.24.0, do u think update should solve it? or?
    Thanks a lot

    Hi @mateo21530!

    We’re glad you were able to do it.

    It all seems related to the WooCommerce Admin plugin, an outdated version could be the cause of the issue. Since the current version of the plugin is 3.0.1, you could try updating it to see if it helps.

    Let us know how it goes for you!
