• I was upgrading my version of WordPress and now receive
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare _wp_post_revision_fields() (previously declared in /home/content/41/10852341/html/gwpictures/wp-includes/post.php:4872) in /home/content/41/10852341/html/gwpictures/wp-includes/revision.php on line 59 I have read every post and i have tried looking at both of the files and i do not see any thing wrong i even have tried uninstalling word press and reinstalling using just the 3.5.2 files get same error. any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    – running the upgrade manually via wp-admin/upgrade.php
