• “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Config”

This problem can occur (most notably in XAMPP) because the author has chosen to name a file “config.php” which is often used by PEAR. PEAR contains some useful packages is actually used by WordPress itself if detected and present. When this plugin comes along and attempts to load it’s file of the same name, it errors out.

You can (the author should) rename the file ‘configuration.php’ or something else on line 12 of index.php. The file config.php itself should be renamed to avoid this conflict.
