    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare error() (previously declared in /hsphere/local/home/tripledge/teplitzart.com/fcsmg-wordpress/wp-content/themes/MedicalDoctor/functions/functions-shortcodes.php:839) in /hsphere/local/home/tripledge/teplitzart.com/fcsmg-wordpress/wp-content/plugins/adminer/inc/adminer/drivers/mysql.inc.php on line 579

    The problem here is, that your Theme “MedicalDoctor” use no prefix for the function error. The theme author should switch to use a prefix.
