Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare Ocean_Hooks

Used to work fine. But now can’t install Ocean Hooks, get Fatal error: Cannot redeclare Ocean_Hooks() (previously declared in /home/customer/www/nancyrubinstuart.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ocean-hooks/ocean-hooks.php:32) in /home/customer/www/nancyrubinstuart.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/ocean-hooks.php on line 31
Oddity – could not activate installed Ocean Hooks. Got new one from repository and installed. Now shows 2 installs, diff versions. See screenshot https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOu6KxxP
