Fatal Error – cannot redeclare timer_stop

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare timer_stop() (previously declared in D:\Domains\some.com\wwwroot\wp-settings.php:65) in D:\Domains\some.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\functions.php on line 865

    Can anyone troubleshoot this 2.1 upgrade problem.

    Followed the steps, deactivated all plugins, uploaded all files, tried to run upgrade.php and recieved this error!

    Help!!!
