It looks like there is installed out of date version of PHP on your server. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update the PHP version to 5.6+ on the server where this website is running.

From the “PHP Selector” in my Cpanel I updated it to PHP 7.0
I did not found the 5.6+ version

I installed the Lite version of the plugin, but have a questions:
I already have a website with a theme, but I want to create a page inside that looks like Villagio or some other themes, is that possible?

Thank you for your question. If you mean the design so it is inherited from the theme installed on your site. If you wish to change the view you will need to use page builders to display properties in columns or add custom styles.
