Fatal error caused by this plugin

    The problem first occurred when I needed to correct a customer’s address, I couldn’t update, but got a fatal error message instead. This also happens, e.g., when I want to send “order paid manually”. This is what the log file gives me:

    This even gives me a clue, but I don’t dare to do anything without help.

    It seems to work on the frontend, orders are getting through and fields can be used. Latest versions used for all plugins (2.2.13 for this, 7.7.2 for Woocommerce). Great plugin, though, very useful, I hope we can fix this.

    Thanks for sharing the video. We followed the steps but we are unable to reproduce the issue in our environment. Maybe a compatibility issue or something specific to your website. Can you come to our live chat support, details provided in our last reply. If you enable debug mode then it will give more clarity about the issue that is happening.?

    My time is very limited, I need to find some for the live chat support. It may take a few days. Or maybe it’s easier for me to change the plugin. Anyways, thank you so far!
