    Got an email from my WordPress Installation that the plugin caused a fatal error:

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 405 of the file /home/[directory_name]/wp.[domain_name].com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php. Error message: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Yoast_Notifications’ not found in /home/[directory_name]/wp.[domain_name].com/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php:405

    I deactivated Yoast SEO, reinstalled WP 6.1, then tried to activate Yoast again and got this:

    I’m sorry about the error you experienced. Kindly delete the Yoast SEO plugin folder /wordpress-seo/ via FTP and reinstall the plugin.
