Fatal error: Class ‘acymailingPHPMailer’ not found

Having the same issue. Don’t know what caused it, but more importantly, don’t know how to resolve it. Started a topic and was referred here.
I can’t send out any mails/newsletters, including test email to myself.

I looked at the mail poet help page and it said the following. If the error message says something with the word “JSON” on it, try to increase your server memory to 128M with this plugin: Change Memory Limit

I’ve resolved it through my hosting company.

It’s more likely that your host company has removed an important file from MailPoet installation that sends emails because of the PHPMailer vulnerability. Deactivate and delete MailPoet and then install it again (you won’t lose any data). This should fix it.

Can you push an update where the vulnerable file is not necessary for opening a preview then?

@dlesbirel That’s not in my case – I have 768M already.

Hi, I already deactivated it and then reinstalled and it didn’t fix it.
Also, since posting this question, I’m now getting a gazillion emails with other people’s questions. I’ve unchecked the box to receive emails, plus I’ve checked re a link that I found on the forum and am listed as NOT subscribed to anything, but am still getting hundreds of mails. Anyone know how to stop this, apparently it’s a common problem.
Please don’t suggest that I open a new thread for this, as I daren’t for the sake of my inbox and sanity.
