Fatal error: Class ‘Google_ServiceResource’ not found

I am getting the following error and cannot customize the theme.
Google Analyticator shows disabled and I cannot enable it.
If I deactivate the Analyticator I can customize my theme.
I tried to reinstall the analyticator and I am still having the issue.
Please Help!
