Fatal error: Class 'Jetpack_Options' not found

All my galleries get this error when viewed:-

Fatal error: Class ‘Jetpack_Options’ not found in /home/arthurjy/public_html/beginnerbiker/wp-content/plugins/tiled-gallery-carousel-without-jetpack/jetpack-carousel.php on line 249

Both galleries that existed in posts prior to install, and freshly created galleries.
