Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Gateway_GPLS_Reque

    Hi Neah Plugins,

    I love this plugin, but just have some issue with it.

    I received this issue after I install and active the plugin. The issue happen every few hours.

    The error message is “Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Gateway_GPLS_Request_Quote’ not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\thomas_textiles\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\includes\class-wc-payment-gateways.php on line 105”

    I am not really sure what is the problem.

    It effect both backend and the front-end of the site.

    If I rename the folder and refresh the page and change the name back, the issue is resolve for a while, but it will happen again few hours later?

    Not sure what would course the issue, can you please help me with this one?

    I have also discover another at the backend of the plugin with the setting button.

    So what happen is, when I click on Setting of Woo-RFQ, it take me to URL “https://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=settings_gpls_woo_rfq” but not https://localhost/PROJECT-NAME/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=settings_gpls_woo_rfq.

    Not sure if it is related.

    Hi Steve,

    First the last problem: can you get to the settings by going to woocommerce->settings->woo-rfq tab ?

    Second: there is a major update today or tomorrow that hopefully might resolve this issue

    Yes,I can see the settings in Woocommerce plugin.

    Just wonder, do you know what would cause the issue?

    Hi gplsaver,

    I have figure out the issue of “Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Gateway_GPLS_Request_Quote’ not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\thomas_textiles\wp-content\plugins\woocommerce\includes\class-wc-payment-gateways.php on line 105”.

    For some reason, the Woo-RFQ for WooCommerce plugin is crashed with anther plugin called “Stream”. https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/stream/

    After I disable the “Stream” plugin, the issue didn’t happen again.
