Fatal error: Class WPSEO_Metabox_Analysis_SEO

    Since a week I get the following error on my wordpress website:

    Fatal error: Class WPSEO_Metabox_Analysis_SEO contains 2 abstract methods and must therefore be declared abstract or implement the remaining methods (WPSEO_Metabox_Analysis::is_user_enabled, WPSEO_Metabox_Analysis::is_globally_enabled) in /home/*****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/metabox/class-metabox-analysis-seo.php on line 9

    Anyone knows how I can resolve this?

    @koenvanham,

    That sounds like a plugin or theme conflict. Can you try and gather as much information for us? Please perform the following:

    1.Make sure you’re using the latest version of Yoast SEO and WordPress
    2.Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
    3. Check for conflicts.

    If you find any errors related to Yoast SEO or if there is a conflict with a plugin or a theme, you can create a new issue on GitHub for our developers. Please report the issue to a third party developer as well.

    If you didn’t find any conflicts or errors, we think the issue is specific to your site. We’d need to investigate further but are unable to do so on these forums. You can purchase Yoast SEO Premium and receive our Premium email support and we can help you further.

    Hi Suascat, thanks for your help!

    1. Yes, all updated.
    2. No, when Yoast SEO is disabled problem goes away.
    3. It conflicts with iThemes security AND Wordfence.

    It that solvable?

    As the issue is a conflict with another plugin or theme, we highly recommend reporting the issue to the development or support team of the other plugin or theme. Having both teams work on the issue is a benefit to you.
