fatal error conflict with another plugin

I don’t know that plugin, and your error needs to have more info than just “fatal error”. But, if other plugin(s) may show conflict with our plugin, then the short simple answer would be that our plugin cannot be used for your setup. If you need to have the conflicting plugin activated, then regrettably ours can’t be used along with yours. It is nearly impossible to test for compatibility with wide array of setups/plugins/themes etc.
