    Hey SG Team,

I just signed up for SiteGround hosting and am setting up the website ecommercehr.com. Who.is check shows that the nameservers are updated.

When trying to activate the SG Optimiser for the first time, I repeatedly receive the following error message:

The SiteGround Optimizer plugin is designed to work only on SiteGround Servers. We’ve deactivated it because it may render your site blank if used on another environment.

As I said, the website is already on the SG environment. Also, the SG security plugin, Cloudflare, and SSL certificate are all from SiteGround and are working well. The PHP version is set to “Managed” (7.4). The website was transferred from another hosting provider using the WP Migrator Plugin on the SG website.

Please let me know what could be done to fix this and how to activate the SG Optimiser.

Thank you in advance for the time and kind attention.

    Warm regards,
    Elena

I’ve checked your website and the plugin is active. It seems there was a temp issue.

Please, let us know if there are any other issues with the plugin.

I am really happy to hear that!

By the way, it would be really awesome if you spend some time and leave a review of the plugin and give us any feedback in the future. It really helps us a lot.

    Regards,
    Stanimir
