    Hi,

    You closed previous thread, you must not have read my first sentence as it clearly states I am unable to contact you via your contact forms

    Tried multiple times to send an email via your contact forms on your website, both the pro form and contact form give me the same error so I’ll post it here.

    Having an issue with Elementor Pro

    Tried multiple times to send an email via your contact forms on your website, both the pro form and contact form give me the same error so I’ll post it here.

    I’m afraid you won’t. The author cannot support you here, they are not permitted. No one can support customers in these community forums.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
