Fatal error exception

    I have encountered the error (attached). I am still on version 3.3.8 the reason being when i upgrade the plugins (along with CF7 upgrade, ACF upgrade, Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields.

    Current versions:
    Contact Form 7 – 5.1.9
    Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields – Version 1.9.8
    CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension – Version 3.3.8
    Advanced Custom Fields – Version 5.8.14
    Redirection for Contact Form 7 – Version 1.3.7

    The moment I update one plugin, then it makes all the forms show error that entries are missing for mandatory fields inspite of all fields being filled in.
