• Hi,
    I upgraded both WP and WC and now have a fatal error on signle product pages.

    Fatal error: Class ‘woocommerce_product’ not found in …/woocommerce/single-product.php on line 3

    The premium theme from ThemeForest is gone, developer abandoned ship.

    +++

    If someone would be kind enough to help me sort this out, point me in the right direction to fix it, I would be very, very grateful. Thank you.

  • Have you tried Downloading a fresh copy of woocommerce. Then rename the current single-product.php via ftp to something like single-product.php.OFF and uploading the single-product.php from a clean version you downloaded?
    Just in case it is corrupt. Worth a try. I think single-product.php is a standard file that comes with woocommerce and would imagine as such isn’t edited directly for a theme.

    Sweet. Thank you. That removed the error and now I can view the single product.

    The formatting/layout of the page is all messed up but it’s a step in the right direction. Thank you.

    I was able to copy the code from the theme template file, paste into the new single-product.php file and leave ONLY the new loop.

    It works.

    Thank you.
