Fatal error for ayo shortcodes, shut out of website

    I just activated a plugin for ayo shortcodes and now I cannot get anywhere on my website. Here is the code given.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare ayo_fontawesome_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/forcurio/public_html/Bringarthome.com/wp-content/plugins/ayo-shortcodes/includes/ayo-shortcodes-functions.php:278) in /home/forcurio/public_html/Bringarthome.com/wp-content/themes/ayoshop/lib/functions/theme-functions.php on line 502

    I have tried to use ftp (filezilla), however, I cannot seem to get onto the server there as well.

    How can I erase this ayo shortcode plug in??
