Fatal error for unkown reason

  • PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_order_number() on a non-object in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/emails/class-wc-email-new-order.php on line 60

    Response: Internal Server Error

    Strange behaviour when finishing and order with BACS.

    Only Woocommerce and twentysixteen theme activated.

    anyone with same issue?

    Sounds like the order wasn’t created/does not exist in the database. See whats in the error logs.

    True!

    But why wasn’t the order created? TH error log only return the message PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get_order_number()

    I will reset everything, but its strange

    After fresh install, still running into same issue.

    I used the dummy-data.xml for import.

    I can supply access if needed.

    Could be any number of reasons e.g. out of space. See if the orders exist in your DB after placement.
