    Hi team,

    I have encountered the plugin error after update to V4.1.1. Even though I rolled back to the previous version, it still got the error. I have also tried to deactivate and reactivate the plugin with no luck.

    Would you please help with this?

    Since you have rolled back the version, can you try the following:

    • Deactivate the plugin
    • Run the update
    • Re-activate the plugin

    How about reading the support ticket before pasting in an unhelpful autoresponse Marija? Dee mentions that they’re on the latest version (4.1.1) and that they’ve attempted to deactivate and reactivate the plugin to no avail.

    Pass these issues on to someone who can hep and provide some constructive feedback please.

    @wigglypoppins Thank you for your support and patience on my details! I’m always surprised by Meta Support even though as a marketer paid over ten thousands monthly. WhatsApp blocked, ads banned, plugin support careless…and so on.

    Anyway, kindly note that I found a solution till now still no error throwed yet.

    I tried to delete the plugin and reinstall. Then the plugin should still be connected to FB due to cache and cookies. I deleted the connection, and then reauthorized to connect it again. Since now, still working without error.

    Hope everyone works fine with this.

    Thanks @ardeedee, I appreciate the help! Though I might recommend the client using this find another way to achieve this as this plugin and its support seem pretty poor.

    Also, lmao at the support ticket being marked as resolved after getting no advice from support!
