    Trying to get to site from phone, or computer, will show fatal error message (copied below). I cannot even access the back end admin page, same error occurs. What to do???

  • Maybe it’s due to a plugin. Go to file manager or FTP client and rename the plugin folder to something, to deactivate all plugins. You should be able to log in then and can rename the plugin folder again. Then activate everything one by one

    Please do note that this forum is for assistance with core WooCommerce and the features that come with it.

    The error comes from wp-content/plugins/wp-crontrol/. You can either deactivate the plugin, or request support at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/wp-crontrol/
