Fatal Error from JetPack

You’ll need to use FTP or Cpanel (ask your hosts if you don’t know how to use one of those) to delete JetPack from your plugins folder on the server – find it here:

wp-content
    plugins
       jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

Yes, if you want to use JetPack – if you continue to have this problem, JetPack support is excellent and can very likely help you get it working.

I’m having this exact problem too however, my host is wordpress. How do i delete the plugin if wordpress has my files?

www.ads-software.com does not host any sites. If your site is on WordPress.COM, you cannot use JetPack plugin.

I saw that Nick has the same error i’m getting on my page so I assumed it was the same issue? I’m very new to wordpress.

That site is hosted on GoDaddy (not WordPress) – so the above is the solution – use Cpanel to access your site files on the server.
