Fatal error: Get_currentuserinfo() – website down & can't log in to back-end

  • I’m experiencing an error on the https://www.earth-keepers.org :

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_currentuserinfo() in /home/kaleeg/earth-keepers.org/wp-content/plugins/ilightbox/ilightbox.php on line 300

    I have no ftp access (I can only log-in as a user) and I have lost contact with the original admin who set-up the site, users, etc. So now I cannot even log in to the admin panel (which I was able a few weeks ago): https://www.earth-keepers.org/wp-login.php

    I would appreciate help on how to proceed?.

    your “ilightbo” plugin seems to be the error.

    delete this plugin using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).

    I don’t know who’s my web-host or the file management app it uses…

    the guy who set up the page for us disappeared and now I’m left without all this access… any clues as to what to do?
