Fatal Error in 3.8.1 on Sign in

The plugin install with no problem, but signing in I receive this message within the admin panel
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/www/my-website/wp-content/plugins/zopim-live-chat/zopim.php on line 244
