Fatal error in latest version

  • We’re getting a fatal error in the latest version of your plugin:

    Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, class Activecampaign_For_Woocommerce_Order_Action_Events does not have a method “execute_order_edit_status” in /srv/www/www.website.com/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:324

    Happened when changing the order status (to ‘processing’).

    Only way to fix this is to revert back to 2.7.7

    Thank you daveykj  for the temporary suggested solution. Also for me, the fix is to revert back to 2.7.7

    In addition to this, all the ActiveCampaign WooCommerce Deep Data webhooks yesterday are disabled without any alert in backend or via mail. This morning I reactivated all one by one and now some of these are newly disabled.

    I opened a support ticket to AC customer care.

    Fatal error in the latest version:

    in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/orders/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-order-action-events.php on line 413

    For the time being we have reverted to the previous version so that everything runs smoothly.

    We’re getting the same error after our client updated to the latest version of the plugin.

    An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 413 of the file
    /wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/orders/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-order-action-events.php. Error message: Uncaught TypeError: Unsupported operand types: int – string in /wp-content/plugins/activecampaign-for-woocommerce/includes/orders/class-activecampaign-for-woocommerce-order-action-events.php:413

    Can you confirm if this was the issue you resolved or if this still needs to be fixed?
