Fatal Error in syncing – Out of Memory

When I try to sync the filebase I get an error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 33554432) (tried to allocate 52 bytes) in …/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/module.audio-video.quicktime.php on line 785
what does this mean and how can I continue to sync filebase?
