Fatal Error in version 2.1.2

I conducted tests on version 2.1.2 on my test site and didn’t encounter the issue you described. Additionally, when I visited the https://shopunitracker.co.uk/product/fms500-light/ page, I didn’t experience any issues.

If the issue persists, would you be willing to temporarily switch to the StoreFront theme and deactivate non-Barn2 plugins one by one to identify if there is a plugin conflict? I have a suspicion that this might be a conflict with a third-party plugin.

Please ensure to create a backup of your site before implementing the suggestions I provided.

Thanks for checking and the suggestion. Unfortunately I cannot change the theme and/or deactivate the plugins as it’s a live site with lots of visitors. I downgraded the plugin to version 2.0.23 which fixed the issues.

Thank you so much for the update. I tried to update the plugin to version 2.1.3 but for me the tabs don’t change. I have recorded a video here.

I am not sure if this is a problem with the plugin or it is conflicting with something else. So I reverted it back to the version 2.0.23 again and it works fine with the downgrade.

@anjanphukan In the new version of the plugin, the error with the WP_Embed class is fixed:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Barn2\Plugin\WC_Product_Tabs_Free\WP_Embed' not found in /home/shopunitrackerco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-tabs/src/Product_Tabs.php:167

You have mentioned this error on your first message. However, the error you see now is a Java Script error and unrelated to our plugin.

On this product, the features and Sim Coverage tab are showing the content for me. Please clear the cache and check the products again.

Hi @amirition, it works now because I downgraded the WooCommerce Product Tabs plugin to 2.0.23. I didn’t make any other changes.

If I activate the 2.1.3 the tabs don’t work. Hope it clarifies.
