I’m far from a computer pro, but I’m eager to learn. So please be patient with me.

My wordpress website with Divi theme and woocommerce regularly goes offline for 5 to 30 minutes. The woocommerce log file states the following:

Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function “wc_refresh_mini_cart_count” not found or invalid function name in /[…]/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php:324

The mini cart ajax function (cart count) is not working either (I’m using the Divi Builder for my header, so the Divi ID for the cart is something like “et_pb_menu[…]”

Please, I have no clue what to do with that!

    Thanks for your support!

    Hi @stilomio

The error message you’re seeing refers to a function wc_refresh_mini_cart_count that can’t be found. This function is typically used to update the number of items in the mini cart. If this function isn’t found, it may be because it’s either been deleted or incorrectly defined.

After checking your site, I noticed that the mini cart widget or module has been added using the Divi theme or builder. Divi is a third-party plugin/theme, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
