I have an idea of what’s causing this problem. Could you please try and open /awesome-support/includes/admin/class-admin-titan.php and, on line 87, replace createAdminPage by createAdminPanel.

If this fixes the issue I’ll push an update.

    Hi

Yes, that change fixed the problem.

Am I the only one with this problem? Strange…

    Thanks!

That could be related to the version of Titan Framework in use. If it’s used by another of your plugins or by your theme and it’s loaded before our version, maybe you’re loading one without the deprecated function.

Anyway, it’s our fault for not updating the deprecated function yet. This will be done in the next version.

    See 425a50d for reference.

I also had the same problem and this fixed it.

    Thanks, Julien.

@earless1111 it looks like your issue is related to a plugin called “thewall_js_composer”. I suggest you get in touch with the author of this plugin as it is not related to Awesome Support.

Thanks for your reply I will get in touch with the author
